This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed with We The PewPew Mfg.
1. Shipping & Delivery Options
Domestic Shipping (United States)

Standard Shipping (3–5 Business Days): $6.99
All delivery timelines are estimates only and are provided by the shipping carrier. Delivery dates are not guaranteed.
2. Order Fulfillment & Processing Time
Orders are fulfilled and processed within 4 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Once an order has been handed off to the shipping carrier and scanned into their system, fulfillment is considered complete. A tracking number will be provided via email.
3. Cancellations
Once an order has been placed, fulfillment begins promptly and orders cannot be canceled.
4. Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date.
To be eligible for a return:

Certain items, including sale or discounted items, may be ineligible for return.

5. Carrier Delays & Delivery Responsibility
Once an order has been shipped and accepted by the carrier, delivery responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier.
We The PewPew Mfg is not responsible for delays caused by:

Carrier service interruptions

Weather conditions
-
Peak shipping periods

Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout

Other circumstances beyond our control
Tracking updates are provided directly by the carrier and serve as the official record of shipment and delivery status.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages
We The PewPew Mfg is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages once tracking shows the package has been delivered to the address provided at checkout.
If tracking confirms delivery but the package cannot be located:

Customers must contact the shipping carrier to initiate an investigation

We may assist with claim documentation when applicable
7. Delayed Fulfillment
If order fulfillment exceeds our stated 4 business day processing time, customers may be eligible to cancel their order prior to shipment for a full refund.
Once an order has shipped, fulfillment is considered complete.
8. Shipping Restrictions

Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes

Certain items may be restricted from air transport under TSA regulations
If air shipment is not permitted, an alternate shipping method may be required.
9. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks (Shopify Payments / Stripe)
By placing an order, the customer agrees that:

A valid tracking number showing carrier acceptance or delivery constitutes proof of fulfillment

Shipping delays, carrier errors, or theft after delivery do not constitute non-fulfillment

Chargebacks filed for orders marked as delivered may be disputed using carrier tracking data
Customers are encouraged to contact us before filing a payment dispute, as chargebacks delay resolution and may limit available remedies.
